I gave up on my thriving poultry supply business because of thieves in my neighbourhood.

My parents were born right here in KIgoowa and that makes me one of the oldest residents in this area. I don’t have a perimeter wall so i see these bad characters cross through my compound at night as they terrorise the neighbourhood. I have lost several rabbits and chicken worth hundreds of thousands of shillings to thieves. Poultry business is my livelihood, these robberies set me back because I end up failing to deliver orders and I disappoint my clients. I always call the chairman , and he tries to respond by coming with some local defence police and this helps,but sometimes I call him and he is at that moment patrolling a different part of the neighbourhood so he can’t respond in time, in such cases , the thieves get away.
