We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts.
As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in executing successful sales strategies, achieving impressive sales volumes, and bring relevant experience in real estate or selling security tools with a focus on rapid response solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and consistently achieve sales targets for YUNGA Basic and YUNGA Plus packages.
  2. Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire a team of sales professionals to effectively promote and sell Yunga's cutting-edge products and services. Provide ongoing coaching and support to elevate the team's performance.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to enhance Yunga's market presence and create additional revenue streams.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
  5. Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, taking proactive measures to optimize sales performance.
  6. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of YUNGA Basic and YUNGA Plus packages, their features, and benefits. Effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential customers.
  7. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted marketing campaigns that bolster our sales efforts.
  8. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in security technology to identify potential market advantages and opportunities for differentiation.
  9. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team, offering insights on sales performance, challenges, and actionable recommendations for improvement.


  1. Bachelor's Degree: Hold at least a university degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  2. Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of executing successful sales strategies and achieving substantial sales volume, preferably in the real estate or security tools industry.
  3. Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards surpassing targets.
  4. Security Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the security industry, rapid response tools, and a profound understanding of customer needs in the security and safety domain.
  5. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  6. Result-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver results and meet challenging sales objectives within specified timelines.
  7. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and propose suitable solutions.
  8. Technology Savvy: Comfortable with technology and smartphone applications to demonstrate product functionalities to potential customers.
  9. Availability: Flexibility to travel as needed for sales meetings, events, and industry conferences.
